Enrollment
Enrollment in our programs is contingent upon approval by our team and the availability of seats.
Prospective participants must complete the application process, providing accurate and truthful
information. By enrolling, participants agree to adhere to all program guidelines and policies
outlined by Implantology Masters. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment if a
participant violates any terms or behaves in a manner that disrupts the learning environment.
Successful enrollment grants access to program materials, sessions, and other resources for
personal educational purposes only. Participants are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or
replicating any course material without prior written consent.
Fees
All program fees are clearly outlined at the time of enrollment and are subject to change without
prior notice. The fees cover course materials, instruction, and access to relevant resources.
Additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or specific equipment may apply depending on
the program structure. Implantology Masters will not be responsible for any unforeseen costs
incurred by participants. By enrolling, participants acknowledge and agree to pay all applicable
fees as communicated. Failure to pay the required fees in a timely manner may result in the
forfeiture of enrollment or access to the program.
Payment Options
We offer multiple payment options for the convenience of our participants. These options may
include credit card payments, bank transfers, and installment plans. Detailed payment
instructions are provided upon acceptance into the program. For participants choosing
installment payments, adherence to the installment schedule is mandatory. Late or missed
payments may result in additional charges, suspension of access, or cancellation of enrollment.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that payments are made correctly and on time. Any
issues or discrepancies in payment must be communicated to our support team immediately to
avoid interruptions.
Cancellation
Participants may cancel their enrollment by submitting a written request via email. The approval
of cancellation requests is subject to our discretion and specific program policies. Cancellations
made within a specified period may qualify for partial refunds, depending on the program’s
refund policy. Requests submitted beyond the stipulated period may not be eligible for any
refund. We reserve the right to cancel a participant’s enrollment at any time due to violations of
terms, misconduct, or failure to meet payment obligations. In such cases, any applicable refunds
will be determined based on the circumstances and policy guidelines.
Refunds
Refunds are processed as per our specific refund policy outlined at the time of enrollment.
Approved refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically 14 to 30
business days. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation request and the extent
of program usage. Participants who have accessed significant portions of the program or
completed certain milestones may not be eligible for full refunds. Refunds are issued through the
original payment method. Please note that processing fees or bank charges may be deducted
from the refund amount.
Chargebacks
We consider chargebacks a serious matter and will take legal action against any fraudulent or
unjustified chargeback claims. If a participant initiates a chargeback without providing a valid
reason, we reserve the right to terminate their enrollment and block future access to our
programs. Any fees incurred due to chargebacks will be the responsibility of the participant.
Participants are encouraged to contact our support team for resolution before initiating any
chargeback requests.
Installments
For participants who opt for installment payments, a clear schedule will be provided outlining
due dates and amounts. Failure to adhere to this schedule may result in penalties, suspension of
access, or cancellation of enrollment. Late payments may attract additional fees, and consistent
defaults may lead to termination. Participants who anticipate difficulties in meeting payment
deadlines should communicate with us in advance to explore possible solutions. We strive to be
flexible but expect participants to honor their financial commitments.
Multi-Currency Prices Transaction
Our programs may be priced in multiple currencies for the convenience of international
participants. However, actual transaction amounts may vary due to currency conversion rates and
fees imposed by financial institutions. Participants are advised to check with their respective
banks or credit card providers regarding conversion rates and applicable fees. Implantology
Masters is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from exchange rate fluctuations or bank
charges.
